Forecast Hot & Sunny, on the day: overcast, so some of these are a bit on the dark side....

Unusually, the Reds were operational from the 'flightline' runway near the crowd line, which enabled some rare, superb photography...

The grey skies failed to brighten....

Unfortunately, some silly Pilot breached Kemble's Air space, and the Reds had to curtail their display. Not the first time this has happened! :tuttut: Incredible! - Do they not take heed of the NOTAMS? :curse:

Despite no sun, it was still a great Airshow as always!

Excellent shots, Chris!

Sea Hawk, 3 Hunters, Meteor - what more could anyone want?
Also, love the bowing Harrier and the Kiwi 757.

Cheers

Kevin

Nice shots Chris

No probs about the overcast. that can be useful if not too dark as you don't have the severe shadows!.

The pics are great

That Seahawk is just superb, never loses its beauty, and the airframe must be getting on in years.

Wonderful to see it flying again after the fire.

WV372 again - only the previous day it was doing a low level flypast down East Midland's main runway on its way back from Hucknall. Made a change from the charter airliners.

I love that 757. I remember seeing it at Fairford in 2003 and the climb on it!!!!!!!!! :worried:
