Hi all,

Just been sent this by a friend. I am truly astonished by it. I won't say anymore, however a clue is in the link!

Sheer luck I would have thought, like the story of the aircraft ground crew member who walked through a spinning prop without realising it and lived!

Also I have seen an earlt test flight of a helicopter and it's bucking violently.

The pilot is thrown up into the rotor and brakes a blade off and gets no more the a bit of a bump.

Amazing

Surely the question should be 'Why?' not 'How?'. :dunno:

Sorry Andy but I because I work with plenty of undesirables, I already know why they do it, the question still stands matey.. How the heck do they survive so many incidents that would normally kill the decent & honest members of the community!

Eddie,

I spent a year as a local authority housing officer, so I am also familiar with the 'undesirables' as well - the sort of house where you wipe your shoes on the way out rather than the way in! We could probably swap some stories, but I doubt that others here would believe them!!!

I know 'why' they do it, but still have difficulty understanding it! Nowt so strange, as our northern colleagues would say.

What an idiot!

But from his speed I guess he's had some practise at it.

Anyone can drive fast matey. But no-one can aquire that sort driving ability intentionally. The driver clearly got lucky. If you look closely however he just clips the white car's tailgate. You can see it shunt forwards slightly.

Anyone who has any fast driving skills would know how fast to drive in any given circumstances

Anyoneone with skill would not have been in that position and his skill and experience would have slowed him long before then

Anyone with more than two tespoons full of doggie deposits would never be in that situation.

A lot of skills in things like fast driving is knowing the limits of you, your machine and where you are.

And idiot can put his foot down

A clever person would know not to.

That was pure chance that he got through.

I wonder how many people in those cars realise that perhaps they should be dead now but for some amazing stroke of luck.
