Thanks for the heads up.

I see there is no sound file therefore, any specific recommendations appreciated?

Cheers,

Thanks for the heads up - been watching the French forum about this, but missed the release announcement.

Which says Bréguet BR765 Sahara = Pratt & Whitney R-2800 CB.17

and links to other aircraft using this engine

So a DC-6 sound file?

Having heard both IRL, Ian a DC6 sound file would work perfectly

Neato, I enjoy the quirky ones! Sad there's no VC though. :(

Leif,

I've heard them both, but too long ago too remember

Blimey it was in the days when I used to cycle to Heathrow and spend a pleasant moring under the light of 28L (as it was then). The shape of a Breguet 763 was somewhat unmistakeable on approach.

Ian there used to be one that chugged in and out of Bristol in the early sixties
for some reason listening to my older brother they always called it a "dew-point" and the impression was it was french air force

No it was a "duck pond"

School boy humour

And "early sixties" is indeed the time frame I was recalling
