Last night, I finished reading the above title.
Set in the very near future, the majority of the world has adopted "Blood Talk", which traces every person in participating countries, allowing them to travel, shop, and communicate (via hologram). All utilities are run by the same system.
A virus takes the system down, and chaos ensues.
