The gist of the subject can be read here:

I bought the utility yesterday for £5:89, and it does exactly what it says on the tin. It works allegedly with any simulator ( X-plane, P3D, FSX ) or game, and can be switched on and off at will ( i.e. it doesn't need to be running before the sim is launched ).
One query is about it only working when MSFS is in Windowed mode. It actually works when MSFS is in 'Full Screen', because it isn't really exclusive Full Screen - its Windowed Borderless.
It is only available on Steam, but once installed, you do not have to have Steam running. Yesterday, I flew the Got Friends Optica up the Thames through central London, everything pretty much maxed out, low enough to go under Tower Bridge, and was getting a solid 60 frames per second on a 3080Ti.
Best £5:89 I've ever spent on MSFS.
