Many Happy Returns to you both.
John doesn't have a last visit date, and this particular "nigel" hasn't been here for ten years.
The film crew said that unless there's a good reason, they're not going to set up the projector in this weather.

Us mere erks can only refer to the publicised data, and John's profile shows "-" as his last visit. I really don't know why this happens.
