Flying without FMC

One thing I do like about the 727 is that it gives you the option of flying with or without FMC. There are times I just like to fly VOR to VOR but one thing is that when I have made the flight plan up with Littlenavmap I have to write down the route and frequencies but just decided (after all this time) to use the Avitab.

Climb out from Liverpool with routing shown, after entering the route you have to click on the keyboard to close it otherwise with keyboard function on it stops your keybindings for the aircraft.
