Royal Commission

We've had the Royal Commission into:
Child abuse;
Insurance;
Banking.
Following which there have been threats of fines, jail, etc.
Now they're talking about a Royal Commission into Mental health.
I don't want to go to jail.

Will that include having to take a test in mental arithmetic?
