Joking aside, it must have been no mean feat to get that up in the sky.

I was going to post about this and you beat me to it! I'm squirming at the way the 'officials' are saying how awful it all is and how an investigation is underway. But come on, seriously? It's just some blokes doing what blokes do and messing around. Like we all do/have done. And to be honest, that took some serious skill! Let's all calm down and not give in to the PC media nonsense and go back to taking things at face value and being less judgemental. Or am I wrong? Discuss...

I think it's amusing.
I wonder about the offended woman who had to explain it to her children.
a) don't they have one themselves?
b) have they not seen their father's?
c) did she really HAVE to explain it in detail? "It's just a shape" would have done. Maybe she wanted an excuse to say PENIS?

How terribly infantile . . . . And funny.
I was going to post this too. I hope that this is one of those occasions when the Navy publicly deplore this, whilst giving the pilot a slap on the wrist and telling him not to do it again. Fine them a round of drinks in the mess perhaps.

Flight plan? How about:
"And the music ♪ goes ♫ round ♫ and round, and ♂ it shoots out → here!"?

If someone would have told Wilbur and Orville Wright that aeroplanes would some day be used to draw penises in the sky..
.. they wouldn't have believed it.

Reminds me of:
I can only assume the guy flew out somewhere to check on something, turned around and came back on a parallel course and was then put in a figure eight holding pattern. At least that's how I would explain it if anyone were to ask
