Classic British Flight Sim

Just back from a great sunny weekend at Duxford (Sat) and at Old Warden Shuttleworth Premiere airshow (Sun).
I was particularly delighted to see these two aircraft-

I'd never seen a Dove taxi amd takeoff before.

A first !, despite being one of my very first flightsim models, I'd never actually seen a M38 Miles Messemger before.

At Old Warden we were honoured by the appearance of the Red Arrows performing their first public display of their new 2016 routine to a capacity crowd.
It's over 30 years since their last show at Old Warden


Their routine had to be curtailed right near the end because of an errant helicopter flying into the special closed airspace - a slapped wrist due ? as the 'pilot had apparently not read the NOTAMS.

Thanks Dave ,Lovely Dove , and I've not seen a Messenger in many years . My 1st ever flight was a 10 bob flip in one from Seething ; when 10 yrs old .
