I stumbled across this gauge when browsing through fs2000.org website - this gauge is also available from simviation.
For those who fly using the GPS system this is a freeware replacement of the standard MSFX GPS. It does seem to be much improved over the default and perusal of the 37 page manual will help you install the gauge as a replacement, or as a new pop up or integrated into an existing panel. Quite new as the file is dated Jan 1st 2016.
Certainly worth a look!
