Win 10 on an old Netbook

Just thought I'd mention I installed win10 pro 32-bit on a Toshiba NB205-N210 Netbook sporting a Atom N280 1.66 processor w/ 2GBP memory, with Mobile Intel 945 Chipset graphics ..
It was shipped with XP , I partitioned the drive and installed win 7 pro to that and as mentioned, upgraded it to 10 last night.
It is running nicely... I like ... I keep. B)smk

So.. if you have an old jalopy collecting dust.. Give it a pep-up..

I could use some expert help on this one...
As stated I have XP installed on one partition. I would like to remove the partition and merge it with the second one created for the win 7 pro which is now win 10. It's labeled F:

I updated a Dell insprion 1700 in the same way but ran into a bit of trouble.. Using minitool partition wizard. I deleted the C drive contents and shrunk the partition down to 2.5 gigs and expanded the F partition , rebooted the pc and guess what..
I deleted the boot files and the error " no operating system found" was my greeting... I've fixed that though with a win 7 disk, and it is booting up to win 10, although the option to boot into older OS or win 10 is gone.

So my question is this
How do I get rid of the old XP partition and keep the win 10 as primary boot drive?

I really don't want to go fetch all the drivers for both machines..
I have created a bootable usb flash drive with win 10 , but if I can avoid that, I'd be obliged.

Help?

Well, I suppose I have no reason not to believe the lack of response, from anyone, is a clear indication you all have the utmost confidence in me to rectify the issue on my own.

Thank you and good day..... Or night.

Joe, I think the lack of response is due to the lack of our knowledge in these matters. For me I rely very heavily on my son's expertise who is in the IT trade, so as long as things don't go wrong over here I'm OK although he has in the past done a telephone tutoring.....
Good luck, it looks as if you are the first one to want to do that manoeuvre!

Joe,

I have no experience of doing this, but perhaps this link will help?

Joe :hello:
I can give you a reply, but not an answer.
As mentioned above, many tech issues are beyond some of us.
I, for instance, have one hard drive & one DVD/CD drive, one operating system and no partitioning. I wouldn't know where to start.
Anyway, I do hope that link from Effoh helps.
C'mon...give us a smile... :) .....bigger than that.....
