For Unity

As It's St George's Day as I'm sure you all know,I'm thinking of going down to see Queen Nicola at Holyrood to suggest that in order to promote unity the flag of St George should be flown over parliament for the day.I sounded out the idea with some of Scottish friends who listened carefully who made some very helpful suggestions.I think some of them might be physically impossible but one or two kindly told me which bus I should catch to reach the Royal Infirmary. How kind is that? :) EricT

Hi Eric,
Some people! What are they thinking?
It was nice to read your ramblings! ;)
Were the kind suggestions directing you to Unit Y at the Infirmary?
Have another drink, and pretend it never happened.

btw, also reminds me of the cartoon where a soldier is being reprimanded for painting a sign:
HEADQUARTERS YOU NIT

Hi Mike .The original typos weren't the result of the demon drink, rather that I was typing while riding on a bus on Edinburgh's excuses for road surfaces! However I will be meeting a mate for a jar or two later.I'll need to get the courage from somewhere to promote my idea! :agree: EricT

If Ed the Unready wins next month, I'm moving north of the border and demanding a recount on the independence referendum.

Was I asleep at the wheel Eric?
Like Lord Nelson, "I see no slips."

EDIT:
Aaaar me hearties, now I see her off the rum bow, (or is it port?)
Queen Nocola has run up the Nicola flag.
