Hotshots part Deux!

Every time I see the Goshawk, I'm reminded of the Hotshots movies and Topper Harley  Fortunately, the Goshawk model is fun though not funny ;)

It's a nice model.. a bit heavier on FR's than I expected (though this may be the HUD) but it's stable enough with good enough visibility out to make it viable for carrier ops.

Is that the latest version?

I remember having one of the first FSX T-45s from DC and after a couple of years (I think - seems like it was, anyway) he started upgrading it and several versions came out, one after the other.

Then he said he was releasing a DX10 model, then two or three newer versions were released, but I didn't know if they were DX10 too, so I hung on to that one and the latest one :dunno:

I used to have the Red Arrows paint for it and until the Skysim Hawk, thought it was the best one around (apart from the hook *-) ). v2.35 is my current one.

Nice shots. :)

All Dinos models are DX10 compatible. They also work fine in P3d, and if you have TackPak they work with that too (FSX only of course until VRS release a P3d vesrsion). :)
He's probably the best freeware developer around at the moment.

Oh, I have my own favourites, Dave :wasntme:

I'll have to look for the later version.

Best place to get them is Dino's own site, http://indiafoxtecho.blogspot.co.uk/

I didn't know he had one, so thanks for that - will be simple to keep up to date now.

I see he released a new version of the Tomcat 5 days ago - will have to give it a try. The version I have is very old and to be honest, I didn't like it much. Once I had the Iris model the DC one never got reinstalled, but I'm happy to give it another go.

I do prefer his F-35 to the Iris one, though.
