AW Argosy rpm gauge problem

hello,
I had the Argosy from begin on and everything was fine. Then I had not used it for some years and now installed the latest version here from the library in FS 9 on Windows XP prof.
But I can't get a real indication on the rpm gauges. After engine start they showing the long pointer at 5 and the short one half bevor 1 and on full power the long points to 9 and the short near 1.
That make no sense for me, 900 rpm?!I tried to install another AW650.cab from flightsim.com - same result. Tried the Viscount rpm gauges, but they show nothing at all.
Can anyone help me please?
