Classic British Flight Sim

Hi,

I am looking for Scenery for the UK to improve FS2004, i have always used FS Global world wide but have started to fly more GA,
In FSX then ORBX is ok but my FR are shot where as i get a smoother run in F9,

Any help would be appreciated,

I'm not exactly sure what you're after here mate. You mention scenery yet the title of the thread is 'Terrain F9' and the two are not exactly the same

If it IS terrain you're after.. pop to FS Genesis. While their stuff is generally payware, the demo area (which is free) just happens to be England and Wales (though not Scotland). This will certainly enhance your bumpy bits though other than that, what you see as far as actual scenery is concerned remains the same The old Welsh mountains (as an example) are pretty poorly depicted with the default terrain. FSGenesis brings them alive AND recognisable.

EDIT: Just a thought Roger.. doesn't FS Global work in FS9 too? I'm not sure if FS Genesis would be an improvement over FSG

Pop over and check it out. I was chuffed to bits with it when I had it installed. The only reason it got sidelined was I bought VFR Photo Terrain to match the VFR Photo ground textures otherwise, I'd still have it installed now. Pity it doesn't cover Scotland but having Scotflight scenery.. this takes care of that problem
