Nice video Peter. The windsurfers were doing very well indeed considering the wind was calm !!

Busy day at the office, and lousy weather, too!
Interesting project, Peter.

Yes, and as Mike says, it was pouring with rain as well...It took me ages to program their race so that they cross that start line pretty much together...Later in that race towards the finish down by the lighthouse, they get perilously close to the Grockle Boat as it comes in to dock on the long pontoon. The video was taken with real weather running, but the real wind only affects the landing direction of the air traffic and the anchoring direction of incoming Cruise Liners. The windsurfers are not really affected by the real weather and I usually turn them off in the Winter :)

The sound really makes such a difference. You could sit and watch all day!

Very nice, Peter :agree:

Ian :)

Thank you JohnD and Ian...Yes, in FS9 I did sometimes sit and watch all day...I enjoyed it and occasionally spotted an arrival time that needed to be adjusted in the FlightPlans. It took years really to get my field really working how I wanted :)

Great video, Peter!

Although in an updated version I'd expect the tower to shake a bit at a Trident taking off... ;)

Cheers,

Nick

Yes Nick...I thought the Trident sounded pretty good! I did not have the proper sounds for the Trident like I did for the Boeings and I substituted something else...But I can't remember what it was! Anyway it sounds pretty good, as did Air Force One :)
