I recently downloaded the Dragon Rapide how ever when I go to install it it comes up with a message Aircraft.cfg not found. Has anyone had this problem before or does it just not like Windows 7.

Hi Tom :)

Are you sure the path it's trying to install to is correct? Is the model actually installing (eg.. is the zip the same size as indicated in the library?

Point it at a temporary folder and then check to see if the files are there. It sounds like your anti virus is interfering with the installation ;)

Could be your AV as Ben said, or it could be Win7 not liking the installer. I know there was a problem with the install program I used for the FS9 Hunters with Win 7, but I can't remember off the top of my head which program I used for the Rapide.

Try right-clicking the installer & selecting "run as admin"

If that doesn't work I'll upload a standard zip version rather than an installer version.

Yes, that's right. That version only had two schemes included. You'll have to download and add any others yourself. I think BritSim has quite a few *-)

All the paints I did for the FS9 model are still on my space here too if you want them Tom. Have a look in the VA Forum area under Rapide Fleet Paints (or something like that) :)
