I was feeling a bit nostalgic for my misspent youth today, so I was in the mood to take a 336 out at my old workplace for a couple of circuits as the sun was setting.

Very nice Ian B)smk

Of course there are some sad gits that will tell you it was a 365C and should have a freight door...but I don't know one :dunno:

Lovely shots Ian. 'Conwayed' or no...having flown on a BOAC 707 as a child, that aircraft is nostalgic for me too.

Dave, I shouldn't have said 'child' should I ...okay, I flew on a BOAC 707, Singapore to Darwin and then on to Sydney, September 1965. :)

Definitely a Boeing 707, it's got 4 engine pods.
Beyond that, my knowledge of jets drops off sharply.
EDIT: Oh POO! I just checked and it IS a BL===y 707! I didn't know they had other numbers after the second "7"
