Classic British Flight Sim

I have spent quite a lot of time this morning unsuccessfully trying to find a 'working marshaller'. Do any members know of an EZ Scenery, or something similar, addon item that could give me what is needed?

Most of my FS flying is done between military airfields so the FS9 commercial addons that are available would probably not fit into my FS setup.
