Well I'm sure a directive is being prepared.

From now on it's Mother

We're jumping at our shadows these days. :dunno:

Make a change from "Hi Jack"

I suppose they do have to chose their words

What if he reported to ops the number of pax as 107 bums on seats...a common enough term used to describe such things.

Well I wish the local ice cream shop would instate a like policy.

the girl down there keeps asking if I want my nuts crushed.

Gee Joe, your 'subject' just about gave me a heart attack...and the bit about the "crushed nuts" didn't help much either.

That sounds very painful indeed. Care needs to be taken when choosing words.

I was at the hospital this morning for another treatment, my lad took me in his car so I didn't have my walking stick with me.

Afterwards, on the way out I remarked on this to the nurse who said, "Never mind, just hang on to me."

When I informed her that this was the best offer I have had to day, she came over all unnecessary. :agree:
