This video shows recent improvements to Aerosoft's AES (Airport Enhancement Services) and was made in FS9.

Brilliant Peter.I don't have AES although I do have Aerosoft's Heathrow scenery.I really don't think that my faithful old pc could do it justice.
ps I also don't have the Trident but may well get it after watching that.ATB EricT

That's really clever stuff, isn't it.
I have an older version of AES, but never had the patience to set it all up properly.
I'm going to take another look at it.

Thanks for your replies...You may have noticed that the refueller vehicle has not yet got a driver but the door opens and shuts for him to climb in and out...Oliver Pabst, who does all the programming for this, says in his release notes that driver animations are all still a work in progress and also the vehicle liveries. So there are many more improvements to look forward to

I like the way the caterers stop at nothing to get the job done! Seriously — it's tremendous. Well done.

It's incredibly immersive and it all works very well, I only noticed one "hiccough" when the marshaller escorting the tug momentarily buried his head in the fuselage

It's frighteningly detailed. I know how long it takes me to make a few rubbishy bits of scenery, I can only imagine this sort of stuff is a full time job.
The level of "realism" of things that are "peripheral" to simming itself is becoming quite remarkable. I fear that, echoing my German teacher's experience the day before yesterday, one day I'll load it up, select an aircraft and an airport, only to find I am precluded from taking off for six hours due to ice on the runway
