Classic British Flight Sim

Does the 748 feature taxi lights, or am I "stuck" using the landing lights for taxi. I think its the "extend/retract" switch next to the landing lights, but I'm not sure...
Reason I ask is because of the Flynet "Landing Lights" rule below 1000ft. Will using taxi lights induce one of these penalties, or not?

The 748 doesn't have taxi lights as such.. only landing lights. There are Leading Edge lights which cast a beam on the ground (RH OHP/External Lights/Leading Edge) but don't confuse these with Landing lights. As far as FSA is concerned, you must have landing lights on at takeoff and up to 1000ft. In theory, you don't need landing lights on while taxiing but as a matter of course.. I'd have them on as it's all too easy to forget them.. especially if you're on the roll out to takeoff
Landing lights can be left on up to FL100 (10000ft) but not beyond. If you have them on above 10000ft, you will receive a penalty. If you're in the air between ground and 1000ft and you don't have them on, you will receive a penalty. So.. think of it like this.. have them on for takeoff and make sure they're off before you hit 10000ft.

They HAVE to be ON between ground and 1000ft and they have to be OFF above 10000ft
