If my eyes don't deceive me - it's G-AKKH - could be wrong though
Not that there are many left flying, so not a lot of choices.

It does have the appearance of not moving but I wonder if that's just the angle of the dangle? or was there a heavy gust of wiind that kicked up.
Which could account for the throttle up.
