Can any of you talented people out there create a flightplan for this ship? It would be nice if it could sail up and down the river forth - ot the severn - or....somewhere where I could actually find it?
Thanks
Gary

I wish I could Gary but I'm useless with FSX stuff. Fingers crossed someone will be able to help you soon (me too if I ever get around to buying it.. Victorious that is) :worried:

 Thought that might be the case!

For this release we went with some far east AI routes because that's where she spent a lot of her time and I've already got about 8 carriers passing by Gib as it is so it was getting too crowded there!

A lot of people use AI Carriers* to position ships in free flight and we included a configuration file for the Vic and some escorts, I do know some people can't get it to work on their system though due to problems with Java.
I may get round to making some UK based traffic files if there's the demand but it might be a few days before I can get round to it, alternatively the program to make your own boat traffic bgls is here http://lc0277.gratisim.fr/boat/, you'll need google Earth to plan the routes, then you save the file and run it through the compiler. Then you spend a few hours figuring out what you got wrong and voila it works!

I created a plan to have it sail from upstream of the bridges to the St Abbs measured mile and back, but didn't realise that it wouldn't fit under the bridge

The deck is hardened so it is possible to take-off and land whilst underway

I'll modify the plan so that it sails from downstream of the bridges tomorrow.

If you use Victorious_1944_normal as the model name you won't have those pesky Corsairs in the way!

You can download files for the Victorious in the Firth of Forth from:

http://www.geo-davison.demon.co.uk/Victorious-Forth.zip

She leaves the north bank of the Forth just west of the bridges at 00:49 and every 8 hours thereafter.

She leaves the south bank of the Forth just west of the bridges at 04:00 and every 8 hours thereafter.

The AIBTC source files are included.

The route:

The easiest way to follow her is to hitch a ride (but don't forget the parking brake ;) )
