Have the rules changed?
I've just noticed my signature has been missing for 3 posts. Tried to edit it in myprofile and got the message "You are not authorised to define a signature"

Your signature shows up in your profile. Perhaps send a PM to one of the admins?

That's a new one on me AD has recently changed his sig (see above) so there shouldn't be anything wrong.

EDIT.. I've just changed mine back to what it was SS. Click on User Control Panel.. select profile then signature on the LH side. Type your sig in the box and submit

Dave, I think SS might mean the sig banner is missing

I had/have that problem. Tried to change mine on Sunday and got the "not authorised" message. Still do. Sounds like a problem has crept into the works

Ooo.. thanks Rich I'll pretend to be him and try and see WTF is going on This latest software update was a bit of a nightmare as it changed a lot of the forum settings rather than update the basic stuff. It took Ben a week to stop the smilies disappearing

I really don't know what the hell is going on here. Your profile/s show signatures, you have signatures enabled and in user permissions.. you're allowed to have/edit a signature. I've been in and out of admin more times I've gone dizzy and the last time I tried to get in (to post this) the forum had dropped. Did I think I'd done something?? YES! However, I hadn't and it's back again.

Ben.. can you have a look at steelsporran and ajb please. I can't imagine what I've missed but I can't get their sigs to show and everything is saying they should be visible
