Hi,just wondering if anyone is using the Dee Waldron HS748 for their A1 traffic. A very nice model and it seems to fly rather well as traffic. The little problem ive noticed is that when the aircraft is on the ground it seems rather shaky on the taxi, moving from side to side. Ive searched the net to see if there are any fixes, but ive not found any so far. Is it possible to replace the air file with another one ?? . The HS748 im using is from the Emerald Airways package with flightplans.
Best regards Frank...

Years ago when I had AI I used marcel Khunts 748
The one you mention is very inaccurate I'm afraid.
Trying a different airfile is something you just have to experiment with, but unless the CG etc of the two models are the same it will be all over the place.

You obviously downloaded that package from me...I recognise that as an AI aeroplane that I built for a small freight enterprise at McLeland Field. I rather ruined the taxying performance of that particular aeroplane by messing with its mainwheel contact points and getting it slightly wrong...As a result, it rocks a bit lateraly when taxying, as if it is taxying over rough ground. I do like the way it lands though, with Advanced AI Blast switched on, as you hear it apply full reverse prop just before touchdown
I keep meaning to fix the taxy problem but never get around to it...The solution is to undo my damage to the mainwheel contact points
