I pulled the release model yesterday afternoon and it fair ripped down for me. My BB is only 2mb and the connection was over 120KB/sec (on par with Allnodes on a GOOD day). Ah well.. at least that chap had the satisfaction of having a good moan ;)

Probably a function of everyone sitting at home using the Internet because they can't get out, eg online shopping, porn, mp3s, etc

Alternatively, the cold has compressed the telecom's copper wires restricting the flow of data ;)

Getting 10kbs are ya? So you're the one stealing all the bandwith,,
Please forward your CC info and billing address as I simply must charge 10£ fee per kbs for that service.

Plus an aditional 10£ processing fee
