Hi Guys, is there an ai program available for FS2004 where you can actually fly the flight then save into a bgl file?
I had one back in the days of FS98 but lost touch with ai programs since.

Cheers

Gary

Hmm.. got me there Gary. I'm trying to get my head around what it is you're trying to do and a program to make it happen isn't ringing any bells *-)

If there IS such a program, someone here will surely know about it ;)

That program was to make "Dynamic Scenery"...I used it a lot in FS98 and I have some of the Dynamic Scenery that I created with it, operating here in FS9. Alas, the program itself will not work here in FS9...Only the created .bgl files will. I have forgotten the name of the program but it was great fun to use. :)

To be honest....if there were such a thing for any of the more recent sims we would know all about it as it would be widely used.

I'll certainly keep an eye open though :)

EDIT***And Peter slips one in

Thanks Guys!
Basically i wanted to add a bit of traffic to my local airfield (Old Buckenham). I have no idea when it comes to adding Ai, but remember being able to do a quick flight which recorded and saved as a dynamic bgl, so i thought that would have been a quickie method.
As Peter mentioned...that program was for dynamic sceneries

Cheers

You want to add custom AI traffic to make an airfield come alive?

If so you could try Traffic Tools - http://files.fsnordic.net/Flight_Simulator/AI_Routes/ the penultimate one on that page.

"Description: Modify flight paths of FS2002 and FS2004 AI aircraft traffic. For FS2002, FS2004"

Yes that would do Colin...Make recordings and play them back as Traffic...Not sure that you can make a Traffic.bgl file with it though. However, you can go and try to formate on it :)

Even I enjoyed watching that again and trying to remember exactly how I did that...I do rememember that each of the three flights was recorded in one go and the aim was to get all three threading the needle at the same time...Number three was late but it was close enough for me and I like the view from him as arrives just too late but rolls under the two smoke trails
