I am trying my best to resist, I've always wanted an FSX Canberra. But I have other things to get first.

What a rip off!
The F-111 is a FS2004
only model dating back about 6 years, it now retails at €24!!!! When it came out AS products were all about £10 max! Talk about money for old rope (y models) blimey!!!

it'd be funny to see what the price difference is from when i got it years ago for FS9 and today!

I still have my confirmation email from AS archived. The F-111 was $16 USD when I bought it in 2005. It was a top-notch model in its day...but definitely a little long in the tooth to be asking double that price nowadays. Although it must still be a good seller if they're still keeping it on the catalog...

Hmmm.
I have the AS FSX F-111 and I am very impressed with it.
Probably mostly speculative VC, but a very nice one, nevertheless.
I used to be an Alphasim sceptic, but I now have a large number of their FSX models (including a couple of FS9 conversions) and I think they are far better these days than the older FS9 stuff.
Shame they didn't get around to an FSX Jaguar - something at the top of my wishlist.
J.
PS - btw, regarding that Canberra B2 - I hope they have updated it, if it's for FSX. I have the original one and the ASI was a '98 one and as such had to be excluded from the panels (2D and VC).
It was from an old Hunter gauge, which is included in the Canberra panel folder.
I replaced it with the current alphasim FSX Hunter ASI gauge and it works in the VC, but needs resizing in the 2D panel (which matters not to me, as I fly VC only).
The Canberra is really nice to fly (and to look at) though.
I would also recommend the A-6E - the best of their jets, imo.

I wish they'd make their Hampden SP2 compatible. That and the Halifax/Halton were amongst my favourite FS9 aircraft.
