Another Mixed Bag of Slides

The first 10 were taken at a PFA Rally at Hucknall in 1980.The first 5 of these show the Sopwith Tabloid Replica about to have its maiden flight.It was built by the late Don Cashmore seen here briefing the test pilot just before take off.Don was a qualified pilot but had given up flying by this time.

Superb Eric!!! Favourite is the first DC8 shot... followed very closely by the 146 ;)

The Hucknall shots are excellent, really capture the moment :thumbsup:

Hi Ben.I think you'll find that Eddy is right and that it's a 707!Must admit that I had to look closely myself.I thought you might like the 146,unfortunately I can't remember who it belonged to. :) EricT

Hi Graham.Thanks for the comments.Certainly not the best or most interesting ones I have taken over the years,but I am slowly working through my slides chronologically and these were the best ones for now.Will try harder in the future!ATB EricT :)
