I was in ModelZone yesterday and saw they had the Corgi Die-cast TSR2. Has anybody got it yet and if so what is their opinion of it?

Sorry if something similar has already been posted, I did a search for Corgi and TSR2 but nothing related came up.

I'm quite impressed by it, once I'd got used to the deep panel lines. The model can be displayed as above or with the gear down.

I was also impressed by the vendor Whitchurch Models, as when I reported back to them that the model hadn't arrived after a couple of weeks they sent a replacement without any hesistation.

Would you believe that when the second model was delivered by Parcel Force on the 15th they also delivered the first model postmarked the 31 March!

That because the first one flew so fast it arrive 16 days before it left :)

Looks good B)smk .....not the over thick wings and rounded detail often found in diecasts.

Anyone who hankers over the type will surely want one :) ..............BEN!!!

Ben,

You may want to try Whitchurch Models. Although I won mine on ebay for £59.00 the price label on the box was £62.00. I sold the second model on behalf of Whitchurch Models to a friend for £60.00.

If you do go to them, tell them Mr Robinson of Gulidford recommended them.
