Classic British Flight Sim

Hello Everyone,

I am usually flying on a Sony Laptop that has no numeric pad.

Is there any other way of watching "wing views" when there are no icons for it on the panel?
Some sort of shortcut maybe that works apart from the numeric key pad?

You should be able to remap the appropriate commands to different keys via the keyboard assignments menu.

Hi again,

have to take this up again - I can't find any wing views my FS9 keyboard assignments menu...
There's myriads of sights commands but nothing that sounds like wing views or passenger views or cabin or similar...

Any further advice will be warmly appreciated!

Hi,

I may be wrong but I believe you have to sacrifice one of your other views (the ones normally selected via a hat switch) and replace it with your required wing view.

Looking at the self-loading cargo cabin? I usually find it best to be looking out the front, where most of the stuff I run into comes from.

I don't play much with helicopters, now they do have a habit of backing into the scenery, or flipping over or doing pretty much anything but what I want.

Personally I love wing views and spend a high proportion of my time lookng at them on replay or auto pilot because that is how I used to see thing when I flew

...that's just what I would love to do.
It must be possible in DM's 1-11 as there's a wing view toggle on/off switch in its menu.
It must also be possible in the SkySim DC-9 as I already saw screenshots...

I just don't know what keys to press.
And if I search the keyboard assignment menu I can't find anything like wing views...

Still help is needed!
