I pre-ordered this when it was due out during the summer 2005.
It's still available to pre-order from Amazon UK with a release date of Jan 1st 2006.
I'm not holding my breath.

I've had mine on pre-order for some time from
Play.com and the date has changed many times. It's now saying 30/10/2009 but it has automatically added the item 'Pinch of Salt' to my order, so I also am not holding my breath. BTW 'Pinch of Salt' is a freebie so I'm guessing they must have had a bulk delivery.
