VC10 parameters for FSNav

Hi folks... I nearly got very wet having used what were obviously wrong figures for the VC10 planning in FSNav. Has anyone got a set they can post up that they know are reasonably accurate? I need values for the VC10 and Super VC10.

I can't remember which of the smaller (non-super) figures I use now but it's this combination I use on the VA ;-)
