Just been browsing at FlightSim.com, and came across a review for the IcarusGold Dragon Rapide 9 for FSX

http://www.flightsim.com/main/review/dragonr.htm

Did a search here & could not find reference to this review.....it is only dated Yesterday :flying:

Some might find it useful.....but I don't have FSX :tunes:

Edit...just read review :-( I like the DG version anyhow :prayer:

The model was discussed here recently..we got in trouble for not saying it was perfect :worried:

I will read the review with interest :)

Thanks Bob

Ahh, OK........'you buy it, we'll fix it later'.

Personally I don't think there's much more to be said.

Yes.. there isn't a wind genny on either wing which is a little odd. Standard Rapides had 1 (normally on the LH wing I seem to remember) and Dominies had 2 to power the extra radio equipment they carried. Some modified Dominies (civilianised) only had 1 and this tended to be on the RH side but could be either side. I suppose it depended if the fitter was right or left handed

Passing no comment on the Icarus model, but won't be buying it.

Why bother when there is a perfectly good one on here.
