Simscape Citation Sovereign no longer available?

Hello Peeps
I have decided that after a month after its release I would go ahead and purchase Simscapes' Cessna Citation Sovereign. Then I check out FSPilotShop & Simmarket only to discover that its been pulled from sale. A pity really, especially as there are not enough Bizjets for FS9 & FSX users as it is.
Does anybody know what is going on with this?

It also seems that Eaglesoft's version 2 of their Citation X for FSX appears to have ground to a halt also. Too bad.
I am, however really enjoying Flight1's Cessna Mustang at the moment

It's probably because Cessna want their cut of the price.

Didn't CLS have that problem with their "VLJ", and had to rename it due to a copyright issue with Honda?

I believe the product was pulled from sale because it allegedly contained material from an Eaglesoft product.
There was a thread about it on Avsim shortly before they went down. Incidentally the "proper" Avsim forums are back online now.
As for licensing and the such, I can also vaguely remember reading a thread where someone asked one of the Eaglesoft devs about a future Cessna biz jet they had in the works, and the word was Cessna wanted Eaglesoft to buy a license to produce the aircraft for FS. It's also why we don't see any payware Gulfstreams - they won't let anyone make an addon featuring their aircraft without first getting a proper license. Ever wonder why you never see an American Airlines repaint released in any commercial packages? Because AA won't allow anyone to sell a product their logo or livery - any American Airlines repaints have to be downloaded seperately, and must be free of charge.
When you think about it, it's quite a legal minefield! Anyone remember the Peter Tishma/American Airlines affair about 10 years ago or so?

The Eaglesoft problem was on a freeware model of the Sovereign by Aryus Works
Alrot Designs have a freeware availiable

Hi Garry
Alrots is a Citation X, and not a Sovereign, unless I've missed something!! The only sovereign out there that i'm aware of is by John Loney Jr, which to be honest, is basic and of Chuck Dome simplicity.

Sorry to bump this one gents but the Sovereign that appeared on Flightsim.com 3 days ago, is the Sovereign model in question, but with the illicit VC removed.
