Board Question

Not sure if this is the right place for this - if not please forgive and move. I have noticed that when I read a post with messeges that are all contained on one page clicking "First unread post" works just fine" Now if the next day, page 1 is full with a few new post that have now caused the newest message to be on page 2, clicking "First unread post" sometimes skips the new page 1 messages and goes straight to page 2.
I hope I explained that clearly enough. Anyone else noticed this?

The unread post link will take you to the last post made on a thread (if that makes sense)
So even if there has been posts on Page one that you haven't seen and the last post is on page 2, clicking that link will take you to the last post on the topic, which will be on page 2.
Just the way it is, and yes, its caught me out a number of times

Thanks, Ben - looks like I misunderstood the meaning of "Frst unread post" then. At least I know to look back to page 1 to see the posts I missed.

I always sit on View New Posts and I find that works very well indeed
