Hi Folks,
Silvain has produces a good FLOLS System called FLOLS Trailer that can be added to any airstrip or fixed carrier and it works OK but depending how you see the placement of the FLOLS relative to the Arrester wires position, I think the FLOLS should be further down the track.
FLOLS_Trailer.Zip
This is a good addition to the Navy Types

You can adjust the position of the wires and trailor relative to one another quite simply in
the aicarriers.cfg file.
The 'as shipped' placement was set based upon the fact following the glideslope results in a
touchdown in the vacinity of the #2/#3 wire....
If you maove the trailer further down the runway, following the centered 'ball' will result
in an overshoot...
I find that even the FSX carriers are 'off' in this respect. If you test by using slew mode and
adjust the aircraft position to keep the 'ball' centered, you will overshot the wires....

There's actually no link between the lights on a carrier and where the wires are, the two sets of attach points are completely unrelated, having said that different aircraft have the lights set differently due to the variations in pilot's eye to hook distance on different types anyway so it's all a bit of a fudge!
