Classic British Flight Sim

I only ask because whenever I load the new UKmil Grob Tutor it plunges through the ground in a hiddeous mess! I've tried it on grass and the hard stuff but the same thing happens. Maybe it's time to go on a virtual diet...

Have you tried it at a default airport?

Come to think of it, no I haven't tried it at a default airport. The grass start was at Popham, the hard stuff was Scampton, both British Airports versions. I haven't got many default airfields left in this country to be honest. I really can't stand the Microsoft 'painted shoebox' terminals etc and I try to avoid them unless a dire situation warrants it (like running out of fuel, but then again there are lots of very nice fields and motorways in our beautiful country, greatly overlooked by the flightsim community I feel).
Anyway, I'll have a go tonight when I get in at somewhere default and exotic, like Newcastle, and see what happens.

Oh deary me, I used to night stop up there quite a lot when in haulage, the Geordies along with the Scots, were great to go out with down to the local but after many drinks later I had to throw away the phrase-book and just nod and pretended I understood what they were saying!!
