I've lost Heathrow and Gatwick

I haven't flown to or from LHR or LGW for some weeks. I went to LHR today and apart from the buildings, it's disappeared!
Same with Gatwick. No taxiways, parking or navaids. They are stock FS9 airports with no add-on mesh or scenery.
Every other airport I've checked is OK, including London City and Stansted. In fact those two are the only ones that show up in the London airports list. LHR and LGW don't show up in Afcad either. Any ideas where they've gone and where I should look? I've got back up files thru August but don't know which ones to restore ...

Hi Ian,
You must have something else installed as you have a photo texture showing in that pic ;-)

Have I? Thanks, Ben - but I don't know anything about photo textures
The only scenery add-ons that I've installed are these airports: Fly Tampa Kai Tak, DM's Manchester '75, Bermuda, Lukla and La Guardia. The rest are all stock FS2004. The only global add-ons are AES, RE Pro and a water texture. I've never done anything to Heathrow and Gatwick so it's rather strange that they should change texture for no apparent reason and leave everything else intact!

You can see in your screenshot Ian, there is a photo image. You can see the runways etc. Thats not default (at least not as far as I know)

Hi Ben..
I think you'll find it is default mate. There are highly detailed phototextures for many of the worlds large airports which you only really get to see if you remove the airport. If you install Wolfgang's Le Bourget, it comes with an exclude for CDG which removes all the buildings but fly over it and it looks like it's still there due to the impressive hi-res ground texture ;-) It does sound like something has thrown an exclude down that neck of the woods on Ian's pc but what exactly is another question

That said.. some buildings are present so I'm at a loss

Yes, I think Dave is right. The photo textures must be default because there are plenty of them listed in the scenery and I haven't added any of them.
It's strange that it's just the taxiways and navaids etc have disappeared from just those two airports. Perhaps if somebody with Afcad who is using the default airports could use Afcad to find out which bgl covers them. The bgl for London City and Stansted is AP948130.BGL and they're OK, so I suppose it might be an adjacent one that's got corrupted somehow. Does that sound possible?

Anything is possible mate :o I'll have a look and see which bgl LHR and Gatwick live in. I can send you these mate if you don't want to go digging ;-)
EDIT..
Ian.. Both LHR and Gatwick live in AP947130.BGL. Do you want my copy?? If so.. it's
HERE . Drop the file into Scenery\EURW\Scenery ;-)

Dave's done it again! I replaced my copy of the BGL with yours and Bingo! The new Trident takes to the air! Thank you, Dave and Ben for your help and advice. I've popped in a screenshot because it looks as though World of AI have decided that the AA/BA merger is going ahead!
Cheers, and thanks again
Ian

Ahh.. Bisto
Ben.. honestly, you wouldn't know they were there unless you removed the default gumph which kinda makes me wonder why they went to the trouble in the first place
Ian..
Glad you're sorted and nice to see the BEST T3 livery in all it's glory ;-)
