Classic British Flight Sim

I've had a look at various products including REX and GraphicsX and I have to say that aside from the lack of a weather engine, I think the FEX sea / sky textures are just as good. Certainly I think the sea textures are better than both of the others. Did some flights last night in the Hunter and Merlin(default one) and then took the hunter down to Llanbedr again tonight from Sydenham. The Merlin shots are of the coast of South Shields by Suiter Lighthouse.

How are you finding the new sea animation in REX? Are the REX ground [airport] textures any good?

Also, what sort of FPS impact has REX had on your system, if any?

No Haven't bought it yet, and not sure if I will now as the only thing FEX is missing is the weather engine, and it seems ok with the default one... I'll see if I can make up my mind in time for Santa. All of those shots are FEX no REX.
