He didn't actually say he was upset - he described the way the thread was going as a flame war *trigger*. I.e. the way the thread was going often invites others to post that are not as polite as you are. Since Rick feels the original question had already been answered, he locked the thread to avoid *future* posts.

At least, that's the way I see it...

I'm sure Rick will chime in if I am in error.
