Contact Points advice, please

I'm stocking my retro EGCC with a few exotics. What I have here is an ugly brute of an Ilyushin 62, VC10ski. It looks passable at a distance! You'll notice that the nose wheel sits about a foot from the ground. I think the real thing had a tendency to do this as it had a big pole with a wheel on it that came out of it's bottom
Anyway, I've posted the [contact_points] section from the config file. Any suggestions as to which ones I should start fiddling about with to get the nose wheel down?
