C-130 Hercules upgrade Problems!!!!

I was glad to receive the upgrade for my c-130 Hercules in the post this morning.
I inserted it into my computer ( quad core with 3G of RAM) running on vista with Norton 360. After choosing install on the initial page of the disk and choosing English as set up language I get a frustrating box with
Cannot locate the DVD-ROM X Please insert the correct DVD-ROM select OK and restart application. OK in a box
Replacement results in the same message. However inserting the original FS2004 disk will bring on the fsx disk to the point where it will ask for insertion of the original disk whereupon reinsertion of the fs2004 disk results in a message of invalid disk.
It is frustrating that there is no support message on the Just Flight website
I would advise anybody who is considering buying the upgrade to hold off until Just Flight have sorted out this problem.

Have to say, mine installed without a hitch.

It's excellent, too.
