A Dead Serious Cold Call

I was watching BBC America and while I usually pay no attention to the commercials (adverts) this one aroused my curiosity.
It was one of those low budget ads with garish colours, probably sponsored by some law firm, although the tiny print at the end flashes by so fast you could not possibly tell. The ad tells people if they had taken the prescription drug "Digitex" and suffered adverse reaction, especially any of the following ailments to contact them at 800-979-3402.
Among the ailments listed were:
Heart Palpitations
Kidney Failure
Death.
I can't help but wonder how many people with the last ailment called. :think:
