Brooklands Scenery

Hi All,
I am getting near to finishing my Brooklands scenery for FS9. I have just about completed the buildings and ground polygons. I need help with the banking for the old race track and also the railway embankment. I am using VFR Photographic scenery and VFR Terrain. At the moment the terrain around the banking and the railway embankment are a series of mounds. Should I try to modify the terrain or build the banking with FSDS. I would prefer to modify the terrain but don't know the easiest/best way to go about it. Thank you.
