On the other hand it would release a couple of valuable AI slots at KaiTak for something else ....
Perhaps I could lease them to SIA for an A380?

Dear Lord...I didn't even know about the demise of Oasis until I saw this. Funny thing is I was just pondering buying the Oasis cockpit vid from JustPlanes, too...after I heard they actually had one of the most experienced collection of 747 pilots in the world...since they apparently lured a lot of high-time 74 crews from other world airlines to come join them.
What a banner month for airlines this has been. Oasis, ATA, Aloha, Champion, AA's MD-80 woes, Frontier filing Chapter 11.... :-(
