A little Pollution control

With the kind permission of Marcel Du Plessis who made the excellent Agcat with its outstanding spray effects
I have been tinkering a little as I am want to do......its all DaveB's fault - when I get the atomiser postion's correct
on John Paynes HarvestAir DC3 - Im going to modify an AirAtlantique Electra for him :)

its great fun throwing the Dc3 around at low level - I found a Tanker sitting in the Thames estuary out from Southend and had a blast - After reworking the postions for the atomisers the next task is colouring the spray for different kind of payloads including dull brick red for fire retardat

I hadnt noticed before but Marcel really put some work into the effects - look at the spectral effect in the
vortices behind the left wing

Hi Leif,

Nice effect. I tried to find a decent one at the time I released those repaints but none were suitable, this looks very nice. Only thing I would say is the spray boom is mounted under the tail with the drive unit under the belly/main wing so spray needs to emit from further aft. http://www.airliners.net/photo/Air-Atla ... 0736837/L/

Regards

John

Thanks John

As I said Marcel sent me an email showing me how to modify his effect
Hes a really helpful guy and his Agcat is the dog cojones (especially with teh T6 sound pack applied)

Right I can dicker with the contact points for the spray effect - soon as I have it half way decent I'll shoot
it to you - I wish there was a way for applying the spray boom and wind driven pump to the Dc3 -
Ive already modded the Agwagon, Pawnee and AirTractor to accept Marcels effects - Im trying to figure out how to
use it with FireFighters like the CL215 and the Firecat finally dismantled the effects script last night and figured
how to change colours :)

This is rather fun
