Screen Shot Resizing

Hi Chaps,
You may often wonder at some of the fantastic screenshots some of the guys on here are able to produce, one of the problems is often how to resize, add your copywrite and possibly crop out things like the airspeed and co-ordinates at the top of the screen (if you use ctrl + z) and the brake messages at the bottom.
Obviously if you have paintshop pro or photoshop etc you can do this, but for the rest of us, I've come across a free tool. I saw this on the ARNZ forums and having used it, its definately worth posting here...
http://www.multipleimageresizer.net/default.aspx
You can point it at a folder and it will batch process all the files in the folder (or you can do it on single files)
You can save the way you want it to crop / resize / add copywrite etc to a template, so for example you can have a template for 1024 x 768 and one for 800 x 600.
Its a great little tool, and I hope it will be of use to some of you.
Cheers
